Isn’t it funny how something you stumble into becomes a yearly tradition that you look forward to for months?

That’s how we feel about the Komen Race for the Cure, an event we’ve attended since 2006. It’s overwhelming to see all the survivors as well as those running the race in memory of loved ones.

This year will be our third year to have the privilege of photographing the Komen Race for the Cure. It’s always exciting and exhilarating to be part of something bigger than yourself, and being at the Race makes for an amazing day.
